Experience - Carl started work as an apprentice carpenter working within his fathers carpentry company, from here he started his own company CD Hood in 1995, taking on his own apprentice and registering the company in 2003. Since then he has built up the company, taking on 14 operatives including a Gas Safe and Oftec registered plumber. Carl operates as a contracts manager within the company as well as being responsible for Health and Safety
