  Experience – Ashley started work as a ground worker with a local company, working on various project, from here he progressed to bricklaying and subsequently moved companies to progress, in his new role he site managed and assisted in contracts management. After a number of years developing in this role, he joined CD Hood where he now co-ordinates most building projects as well as looking after programming, enforcing health and safety requirements, dealing with customers amongst other duties.
